Working on a freelance basis I have offered my knowledge and experience to my clients all over the world assisting them for fill their projects requirements with much repeat business. Comfortable working at all levels within an organisation. Roles and responsibilities I have conducted in a timely and cost effective manner are as follows:

 

• Project Management - all aspects of pipeline coatings through to mobilising factories around the world.

• Procurement – Equipment selection and sourcing, negotiation and purchase of pipeline coating equipment.

• Management and Supervision of pipe coating facilities including preparing for client qualification.

• Bid preparation and review.

• Reviewing specifications and procedures

• Trouble shooting coating application issues

• Client Site Representation

• Site and Mill coatings inspection services

• Evaluation of coating facility capability.

• Coating equipment evaluation and recommendation for improvement.

• On the job training for labour force through to project managers.

• Attending pre-qualification meetings and witnessing contractor testing on client’s behalf.

• Laboratory testing – Including DSC, Tensile/ elongation, Cathodic disbondment, Peel test, Bend test, Impact testing – including concrete impact hammer, Compressive strength testing, Holiday detection
